This project was a renovation of various sections within a Canadian Blood Services donor centre. The work was carried out in a fully operational site, which required extensive dust and noise control as well as the highest level of housekeeping. The work was divided into eleven separate phases and each phase had its own turn-over date. Prologic was able to complete and turn over all the phases on time according to the schedule. The majority of the work was carried out during after-hours and weekends to minimize the disruption to the normal operation of the facility.
