Edo Japan Restaurants are a franchise and are meant to be similar in layout and design to provide its customers with familiarity and consistency. However, it requires a certain attention to detail because all the spaces are not the same in size and layout. We normally provide for concrete trenching and restoration for locating toilets and sinks as required. Each restaurant presents its own unique challenges to achieve the overall concept that the franchise must have.
