Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. partnered with Siebenga Interior Design Consultants to renovate and transform the 24th floor of the Bell Tower in downtown Edmonton into a modern, functional office space for TAG Developments, a full-cycle real estate developer in the Edmonton Metro Region. This project aimed to create a high-quality office environment that reflects TAG’s commitment to excellence in real estate development and property management
The renovation included extensive preparation of the existing space, beginning with prepping the floor for new epoxy flooring. The office was further enhanced with the installation of a sleek glazing partition wall system to promote openness and light, along with custom millwork to reflect TAG’s professional identity. Additional upgrades included new ceramic flooring, a ceiling grid system, fresh walls, and high-quality painting. Modern lighting and HVAC systems were installed to improve comfort and energy efficiency, creating a welcoming and productive workspace for TAG’s operations.
