Prologic Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. was honored to be selected for a high-profile project in collaboration with Nyhoff Architects and the Alberta Legislative Assembly Office. The objective was to create a sophisticated and inviting gift shop on the main floor of a repurposed federal building, designed to showcase original artwork by Alberta artists alongside souvenirs and keepsakes for tourists.
The project involved a comprehensive range of services, including demolition, excavation, remediation, flatwork, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, drywall, painting, and mechanical work. Prologic’s scope also included specialized millwork and casework, with high-end custom features such as integrated backlighting and directional lighting tailored to highlight the artwork and displays. Additional design elements included metal ceilings, unique lighting fixtures, decorative wall features, metal rolling doors, and seamless flooring-all selected to contribute to a cohesive and refined aesthetic.
