Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. completed a comprehensive tenant improvement for Industrial Scientific under TAG Developments, transforming two floors of office space and a large warehouse storage facility totaling 9,100 square feet.
The project involved a complete renovation to accommodate the needs of a new commercial tenant.
The scope of work included site demolition, the installation of a new glazing curtain wall, and the full completion of all interior finishes. Additionally, Prologic managed the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems to meet the demands of the upgraded facility.
