Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd., successfully completed the construction of a two-story, four-classroom addition to Blessed Sacrament School in Wainwright, Alberta. This project was initiated to accommodate the ongoing growth in student enrollment, enhancing the school’s capacity to serve the educational needs of the community.
The new addition was built on the north side of the existing school, facing 4th Avenue, and seamlessly integrated into the current structure. In addition to constructing the new classrooms, Prologic renovated two existing classrooms, Prologic renovated two existing classrooms and modified the adjacent hallway to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new spaces. Site work included grading improvements to address poor drainage at the front of the building, enhancing both the functionality and safety of the area.
The project required careful planning and execution to meet the tight construction timeline, starting in April 2021 and reaching completion by the targeted date of August 24,2021-just time for the new school year.
