Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. successfully completed an extensive renovation and expansion of the Cité Francophone, which included the development of a four-story addition, a retail space, a restaurant, a conference center, a dance studio, and the University of Alberta Francophone Campus. This complex project required careful coordination and meticulous planning to meet the tight timelines driven by pre-booked weddings, conferences, and various events already scheduled due to the owner’s commitments.
Despite numerous challenges, including a shortened schedule, our team delivered the project on time and within budget, allowing the client to proceed with a second phase of the contract.
Prologic’s ability to manage the construction process while maintaining the highest standards of quality enabled the seamless integration of these diverse spaces, creating a vibrant and functional hub for the francophone community.
