Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. successfully completed a renovation of various sections within the Canadian Blood Services Donor Clinic building. Given that this was a fully operational medical facility, the project demanded stringent dust and noise control measures, alongside the highest level of housekeeping, to maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and donors.
The renovation was divided into five separate phases, each with its own specific turn-over date, ensuring that the clinic could continue its critical operations without interruption. Prologic delivered each phase on time, meeting all scheduling requirements. To further minimize disruption to the facility’s normal operations, the majority of the work was performed after- hours and on weekends.
