Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. transformed an old chroming facility into a state-of-the-art space tailored for Netflix’s specific production and securityrequirements. The renovation focused on both preserving the building’shistorical elements and integrating advanced technology.
The interior renovation included pressure washing and re-staining the ceilingto reveal the original laminated beams and tongue-and-groove wood, creatinga visually striking industrial aesthetic. The existing concrete floors weremeticulously ground down, re-leveled, and finished with epoxy, ensuringdurability and a polished appearance.
Incorporating cutting-edge technology, the facility was outfitted with thenecessary infrastructure to accommodate sophisticated recording electronicsand advanced security systems, meeting Netflix’s stringent specifications.
