Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. completed a comprehensive renovation of LibraryU310 on the NAIT Main Campus in Edmonton, AB. This project involved extensive demolition and the installation of approximately 15,100 square feet of new carpet flooring and base. Additional upgrades included the construction of new drywall bulkheads, a modern ceiling grid system, fresh painting, and the installation of a new LED lighting system featuring 367 fixtures.

The renovation was meticulously planned and executed in five phases, allowing the library to remain open during normal operating hours to accommodate students throughout the process.

Additionally, careful planning of the demolition and installation schedules allowed for efficient use of resources and timely completion of each phase, ensuring a seamless transition to the updated facilities.
