Service Alberta Relocation

Service Alberta Relocation

Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. undertook a comprehensive interior renovation of three floors, totaling 150,000 square feet, within the John E. Brownlee Building. This large-scale project, designed to accommodate the relocation of Service Alberta employees, included the complete refurbishment of office spaces, kitchens, and copy rooms throughout the three floors.

The project required careful coordination to relocate tenants into temporary spaces while construction was in progress. Prologic managed all aspects of the renovation, including demolition, new millwork, flooring, ceiling grid systems, walls, painting, and the installation of modern lighting and HVAC systems. In addition, we facilitated the integration of determinations and electrical requirements, working closely with the client to ensure the furniture and technology were seamlessly incorporated into the design.
