Project Description: Prologic Construction Ltd. completed a full renovation of the 13th floor of a commercial office building for The Workun Garrick Partnership. This $660,000 project required careful coordination with base building management, tenants on the floors above and below, and the office furniture supplier, all while adhering to a fast-track schedule. To accommodate the building’s daily operations, much of the work was performed during night shifts, ensuring minimal disruption.
The scope of the renovation included demolition, flatwork, framing, and the installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems. Prologic also managed the installation of drywall, painting, mechanical system upgrades, custom millwork, casework, and glazing, all executed with meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding the unique architectural finishes. Despite the challenges presented by these finishes, Prologic maintained high standards of workmanship throughout.
